LTB Philippines Chefs Association is a non-profit organization aiming to bring together, hotel and restaurant professionals such as: Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Caterers, Wine Sommeliers, Purchasing Managers, Caterers, Food & Beverage Officers, Culinary School Educators, Gourmets, Gourmands, and the like, regardless of nationality.
LTB Phils. is a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), which is the world governing body of culinary associations dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of global cuisines.
Since 1982, LTB has been at the forefront of the Philippine culinary scene with numerous projects and activities aimed to improve our local culinary standards
LTB seeks to further develop culinary standards in the Philippines through the LTB Culinary Scholarship Program, the LTB Young Chefs Club and LTB Chefs Tables.
